We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with Rory’s Travel Club to assist in their search for an enthusiastic and driven General Manager for their vibrant Belfast office. While travel experience isn’t essential, your leadership experience and ability to guide a team to success is what we are after.
As the General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that your travel-loving community receives the best service and that your internal team runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Manage: Oversee a dynamic team, ensuring productivity and motivation across all areas of the business.
Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture relationships with your key partners and ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
Drive Success: Work closely with the team to ensure targets are met and processes are constantly evolving for maximum efficiency.
Foster Growth: Bring fresh ideas to the table and help grow Rory’s Travel Club, focusing on improving the overall member experience.
What you’ll have:
3-5 years of management experience: You’ll have managed teams and know how to bring out the best in people.
Strong organisational and communication skills to manage key accounts and coordinate with team members.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring member satisfaction.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset- always ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Willing to commute to Belfast office 4 days, with one day WFH
