We are seeking a highly motivated, professional Theatre practitioner to lead a team within a very busy Emergency and Orthopaedic trauma speciality theatre unit. We are looking for dynamic individuals, with excellent leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of Orthopaedic trauma, General, MFU, ENT, Vascular, Urology and plastics Surgeries. You will have the motivation, vision and leadership qualities necessary to lead a successful theatre team. As a key member of the A Theatres, senior team, you will be required to deliver high standards of perioperative care, and have the ability to support and develop your team to meet the needs of an ever changing and fast evolving theatre department.
