We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Recruitment Consultant to join as a founding partner—playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success. Competitive base (£30-40k) 25% commission Full autonomy over your schedule - remote or office-based Company pension and additional benefits The opportunity to shape and grow a start-up from the ground up Your Responsibilities: Build a successful recruitment business using existing client and candidate information Build & grow a strong network of clients and candidates alongside the Founder Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track recruitment activities Develop long-term client and candidate relationships through strong communication and engagement Proactively generate leads and source top talent through various channels Oversee recruitment activities using HRIS, ATS, and social media platforms What We’re Looking For: Proven billing success in technical, engineering or high volume recruitment Proven experience building a desk in an agency environment Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment tools If you're a highly motivated recruiter eager to take on a leadership role in a start-up environment—without the risks of going solo—this is the opportunity for you.
