At Seashell, our 17 bespoke Residential Homes are purpose-built with a ‘home from home’ feel, providing 24-hour care, weekly and termly boarding, and 52-week placements for individuals aged 3-25 years.
As the House Manager, you will lead one of our homes within the Young Adults’ Service (19-25 years old) and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered at all times to our young adults.
You will coach and mentor staff, encouraging team motivation and effective people management. You will liaise with key stakeholders, including families and local authorities. You will work within and quality-assure the care delivered against CQC Fundamental Standards for Homes for young adults and any additional relevant legislation.
