Doing a proper introduction to care, ensuring they are aware of procedures to follow and understand their role in giving care. Very supportive to ensure retention of staff. Ensuring they have a full understanding of how Access work. Reporting any concerns to the office regarding staff or clients. Ensuring medication is correct with clients. Building proper rapport with staff, customers, and office staff. Promoting Caremark and building relationships. Cover of the on-call emergency phone. Guiding and mentoring Care and Support Workers, as requested by the Deputy Manager. Introductory visits with new customers. Spot checks, moving and handling & medication checks. Collecting information and documentation from a client’s home as requested by the managers. Providing Care & Support to our customers. It is considered essential that a Care Team Leader possess the following qualities: Self-motivated & well organised. Good recording and reporting skills Ability to work under pressure. Full driving license and access to a vehicle
