You will be responsible for supporting the firm's GDPR programme, managing personal data breach notifications, and responding to individual queries regarding data protection. Additionally, you will lead the maintenance of data protection policies and procedures and support the DPO on data protection requirements relating to AI developments. Your role will also involve keeping abreast of international data protection developments. Maintain data protection compliance programmes in line with Data Protection Legislation Support the Firm's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR Programme Manage and report personal data breach notifications Respond to queries from individuals regarding data protection related requests Support the data protection related third-party vendor management process Lead the maintenance of data protection policies and procedures Support the DPO on data protection requirements relating to developments in AI at the firm Maintain a watching brief on data protection developments abroad What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Data Privacy Lawyer position is a qualified solicitor with around 2 years' post-qualification experience.
