We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students with special educational needs in a dynamic and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities.
Provide individual and small-group support for students with diverse needs.
Promote independence and confidence in students.
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Requirements :
Passion for working with children with special needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
