As an Admin Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with administration duties;
Your duties will include:
* Creating documents for risk assessments
* All aspects of office administration
* Answering telephones and taking messages
* Contacting suppliers and customers
* Assisting with managing accounts
* Using Excel spread sheets to input data
* Setting up new products on the internal inventory system
To be considered for the role of an Health and Safety Administrator you must have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The commercial awareness of how a business works
* Due to the location of the client it is essential to have your own transport
