Essential Criteria
Qualifications and Training
1. GCSE or equivalent/higher standard in English and Maths
2. CCAB/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience commensurate with role
3. Evidence of compliance with institute CPD requirements
Experience
1. Experience of working in a finance team
2. Experience of working with financial systems and processes
3. Demonstrate experience in the analysis and assessment of financial and non-financial data
Skills
1. Ability to manage own workload
2. Good knowledge of MS Word including formatting, tracking changes, inserting objects
3. Very good working knowledge of Excel including ability to create/design new financial spreadsheets, using common Excel functions (e.g. formatting, pivot tables, data filters, count, concatenate, sum, sumif, and vlookup)
4. Good analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data
5. Very good standards of numerical, written and oral communication
6. Ability to communicate complex financial issues to non-financial personnel
