Duties:
* Manage guest interactions with professionalism, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
* Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
* Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
* Conduct basic maths calculations for bill processing and ensure accurate billing for guests.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a restaurant setting.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on exceptional guest services.
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing accurately.
* Excellent time management abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when required.
* A genuine passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering quality service.
