Keller Williams, a top real estate firm, is in search of a committed Director of Agent Services to join our Weston, FL team.
We are looking for an individual who can handle a diverse set of tasks. The ideal candidate will be sociable, proactive, and dedicated to assisting and supporting others. The Director of Agent Services will aid the Team Leader in managing agent onboarding and offboarding and will be the primary contact for all agents in the Market Center. We need someone who is a self-motivated individual who is comfortable with taking the lead independently.
It is crucial for the Director of Agent Services to act promptly to meet the needs of our agents. In this position, you will offer exceptional support to our agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources for success. You will be responsible for overseeing agent onboarding and offboarding, handling office operations, organizing training programs, and facilitating communication between agents and leadership. As a central point of contact, you will be a trusted advisor and leader within our Market Center, guiding agents through our processes and helping them achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for agents, offering exceptional support and guidance in onboarding, training, and access to essential tools and resources.
* Conduct personalized sessions to assist agents in navigating KW Command Technology and their initial 100 days.
* Deliver Tier 1 technical support, aiding with KW technology, printer setup, and basic issue resolution.
* Supervise or co-supervise the Market Center’s social media profiles and collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure effective event and training promotions.
* Manage day-to-day office tasks such as mail handling, supply ordering, phone answering, and office amenity upkeep.
* Handle new associate paperwork and help organize Market Center activities in partnership with leadership.
* Create, oversee, and update the Market Center training schedule while working with leadership to ensure successful training programs.
* Analyze office performance data to pinpoint training needs and support agent development and retention.
* Plan, assist, and coordinate Market Center events like RED Day, training sessions, and BOLD lunch arrangements.
* Actively engage in daily huddles and weekly leadership calls at regional, international, and Market Center levels.
* Communicate upcoming training and events to agents through various channels like WhatsApp, TextEmAll, email, and social media.
* Provide administrative assistance, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and general office support.
* Regularly meet with the leadership team to review KPIs and monitor progress toward organizational objectives.
* Develop expertise in Keller Williams’ real estate technologies such as Keller Cloud, KW Command MC, KW Command, and local MLS systems to effectively assist agents.
Qualifications
* Proficient in managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Groups/Pages to engage with clients and promote the business effectively.
* Skilled in using G-Suite applications, specifically Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, for seamless team collaboration and productivity.
* A college degree is preferred, although not mandatory, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and administrative support for 1-2 years.
* Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities with acute attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.
* Capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry and related software tools is advantageous for better understanding and assisting agents.
* Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus but not a compulsory requirement for this role.
Compensation: $50,000 per year plus bonus and profit share
