Stephen James Consulting are exclusively representing an established elderly provider in their search for an Operations Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for a portfolio of 5 Care Homes across Essex and London.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will form part of the senior leadership team (SMT) whose focus is to provide the best quality care across the organisation to cement their reputation as one of the leading regional providers in the country.
* The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio of Care Homes.
* You will lead the development of your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term.
Criteria for the Operations Manager Opportunity:
* Ideally, you will hold a clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) – but significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams, with a management or leadership qualification, is desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process.
* Experience in managing organisational change effectively leading to service improvement.
* Able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen within a fast-paced care environment.
This opportunity will be appropriate for candidates with experience in the elderly care sector as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Operations Manager.
The role of Operations Manager is offering a salary range of £73,000 - £76,000 + car allowance, dependent on candidate experience. You will be joining a developing provider as they continue their next phase of growth, delivering first-class care and support for older people.
