You'll join a team of diverse instructors to promote the thrill and challenge of the widest range of land-based activities in Scotland - rain, hail or shine. You'll also lead groups in activities, corporate and leisure and assist with team training and quality assurance. You'll be a self- starter, able to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure. As a strong communicator, you'll quickly build positive working relationships with the team and customers. You'll show leadership skills, and have an ambition to develop a career in the outdoor activity field. Experience in a minimum of two of the following is essential - water sports, high/low ropes, quad biking, off-road driving, Segway's, air rifle shooting and event management.
