Responsibilities:
* Working on projects from inception to completion
* Conducting site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, quotations, and client liaison
* Managing specialist subcontractors and budgets
* Leading project teams to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
* Controlling project-specific commissioning strategies and running commercial projects
* Investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, quality failures, and service deterioration trends, ensuring corrective actions are taken when appropriate
* Conducting regular audits of staff performance and quality of work to maintain the highest standards of service and workmanship
* Overseeing project handovers and closing out projects
Skills/Must have:
* Previous experience of management on M&E projects or similar
* Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
* The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with business units, key managers, and other stakeholders
* IOSH and/or NEBOSH accreditations
* Previous experience of working within the Telecoms Sector i.e., Data Centres, Telephone exchanges is desirable
