High Needs Learning Support Assistant (Support Worker)
Location: Brighton
Days: 3 days a week – Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Rate: £15 per hour
Start Date: 22nd April until the end of the academic year (July)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide support to a female student with mental health needs. The student sometimes experiences suicidal thoughts, so it’s essential that the candidate is patient, empathetic, and experienced in working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to the student, ensuring her well-being and academic progress.
Work closely with tutors and mental health professionals to address the student’s needs.
Offer emotional and practical support during difficult moments.Requirements:
Experience working with students who have mental health needs.
The ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
