that run throughout the year About the role Focusing on our Front of House departments, your responsibilities will include overseeing the overall operation, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency and service delivery of all departments and processes in the absence of the departmental manager, and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will ensure we deliver the very best customer service to our guests across the entire venue, being the main point of contact in the absence of departmental managers/ supervisors, or act as a support/ escalation point, to resolve any challenges that may arise.
