Supported Housing Project Coordinator (Job Ref 24-59)
Salary - £ 15,384.86 per annum (£28,462 per annum pro rata)
Part-time – 20 hours per week to work over 3 days
(potential for additional hours)

We are looking to recruit a project co-ordinator to lead our supported accommodation projects in Teignbridge.
You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, with an opportunity to act as a key worker for young people, taking responsibility for the health and safety of residents. Leading the team, you will also provide line management support for Housing Support Workers.
The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the projects in South.
