Role: Outdoor Learning Instructor
Salary: £24,500 - £25,500 (Pro rata for Fixed Term Seasonal)
Location: Bewl Water Centre (Lamberhurst, Kent) & Outdoor Learning Outreach Service
*This is a Fixed Term Contract from March to October 2025*

As an Outdoor Learning Instructor, you will:
* Support senior staff in delivering outdoor learning activities and courses at Bewl Water Centre and through outreach services
* Lead and supervise outdoor learning activities, ensuring fun, safe, and engaging experiences
* Manage equipment set-up, maintenance, and safety checks to ensure high standards
* Provide constructive feedback to participants and support their learning progress
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all groups
* Act as an ambassador for The Education People and promote our outdoor learning services

What We Require:
* Previous experience in outdoor learning or adventure activities would be a bonus but not a must
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safety and following operating procedures
* Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions, evenings, and weekends
* Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check (required due to the nature of the role with children and vulnerable adults)
* A willingness to undergo further training and development
