Credit Controller - Solihull - Up to £28,000 + Hybrid Working

We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our client's finance team in Solihull. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working pattern and fantastic benefits, offering you the perfect balance of office and home working.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the credit control inbox, responding to queries professionally and efficiently
Handling cash allocations and postings with precision
Liaising with customers via phone and email, using your strong communication skills to maintain positive relationships
Running monthly statements and keeping everything on track
Ensuring accuracy in credit control processes with top-notch attention to detail
What we are looking for!
Previous experience in a customer focused credit control or a similar finance clerical role
Exceptional attention to detail - you'll spot things others might miss!
Confident communicator (both written and verbal) with a professional manner
Proactive and organised, able to manage your workload effectively
Experience with Sage 200 is a plus, but not essential!
