About the role:
Playing a key role for the company’s vision for sustainable growth, you will manage relationships with our customers by providing comprehensive support for all aspects of our products, both commercially and technically, helping to identify optimal solutions to meet and exceed their needs.
To uphold Spectra’s high standards of customer service, you will work closely with our Customer Services and Marketing teams to align our product offerings with customer requirements and sustainability goals. Your efforts will focus on achieving performance targets related to customer meetings, growth metrics, and overall service excellence, ensuring we meet both internal objectives and external demands.
About you:
* An experienced sales professional in a commercial B2B setting, or an experienced customer services/account manager looking to take the next step in your career.
* Knowledge within the manufacturing/plastics industry (ideal but not essential).
* Proactive, tenacious and driven to succeed.
* An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, to develop strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Professional and organised, with a desire to deliver first-class service to our customers.
* Sound commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Strong technical skills with attention to detail and the ability to process information and data accurately and at speed.
* Able to manage your own time, plan your own workload, meet set targets and prioritise effectively.
* Honest, reliable and accountable.
* Hard-working, self-motivated, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
* Motivated to learn new skills and keep abreast of industry changes.
* Flexible, adaptable and open to embracing and facilitating change.
* Full UK driving licence.
