Prestige Recruitment are currently recruiting for a receptionist for a loyal client based in Grimsby. This is a full-time office-based role.
The ideal candidate will have a background in reception, administration, or customer-facing roles, be immaculately presented, an exceptional communicator, and meticulously organised.
Duties Will Include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors, customers, and clients
* Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant person
* Taking concise messages when necessary
* Maintaining a clean and presentable reception area
* Booking and managing meeting rooms
* Managing post and deliveries
We Are Looking for Candidates With:
* A background in reception or administration
* Fantastic communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner and face-to-face communication skills
* Initiative
* Excellent IT skills, including all MS Office programs, especially Excel
* The ability to handle confrontation effectively
