The role:
Whilst supporting the Regional Director, you will work in partnership with the Branch Managers across the region to deliver the 5-year plans. You will have particular focus around commercial and operational matters including health & safety, expansion, stock & stock takes, financial control, audit requirements, recruitment, and training. You will work to establish best practice and champion change initiatives and projects across the region whilst developing the leadership team through changing times and achieving outstanding results.
What we are looking for:
You will be a natural leader with a high degree of confidence and possess excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business. Your organisational and time management skills will be of the highest calibre as you drive the business forward through continually improving performance of the region. You will have the drive to deliver and achieve results through great leadership and coaching whilst being commercially aware.
