Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Complex Care and DoLS Team

Rate : Up to £32.00 per hour
Our team in Enfield is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Social Worker to join our Adults’ Complex Care Management Team. This role provides a dynamic and supportive environment where you can engage with a diverse caseload and collaborate with a dedicated team.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will undertake case reviews with challenging cases, providing exemplary service in line with statutory requirements and departmental priorities. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, partnering with health, housing, and other agencies to deliver consistent, quality social work services. Additionally, you will identify needs and risks of harm, ensuring appropriate safeguarding practices are in place.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Hold a full UK licence.
* Post-qualified experience.
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
