Job Title: - Administration analyst Job type: Contract Work type: Onsite Salary: £ 28k per annum Location: ME10 3SU-Sittingbourne Main Purpose of Job To enable administration duties and payroll analytics that support the Payroll team and processes to completed accurately and on time data for both UK and Ireland within company guidelines. Update or compose documentation. Sole responsibility for preparing HMRC data for business visitors and PSA reporting. Main contact responsible for holiday data and maintenance of Absence manager mailbox. A confidential manner is expected. Dealing with all tasks given effectively and delivering a high level of customer service to employees, budget holders and accountants within service level guidelines. Good working knowledge of excel to include v Lookup, macros and pivot tables. Main Accountabilities Complete monthly journal reconciliations required for audit Review Medical appointments and pending holiday in Absence Manager and assist Payroll Analyst with any additional tasks Performs monthly expense analytics on ageing items and follows up with appropriate division leads Performs quarterly receipt monitoring for Affiliate Compliance Committee Supports the Assistant Payroll Manager in data provision required for internal/external audit requests Maintains regulatory compliance through expense analytics for business traveller monitoring and statutory PSA returns Working with BHR, responsible for updating Absence manager with pre-defined site closure holiday days Responsible to collate quarterly audit data required for payroll/workday comparison and follow ups with employees, managers and BHR Set up new joiners to CTE and Absence Manager systems Check mail and voice mail on a daily basis and supports Payroll Manager and team in filing and any additional administration tasks required. General Accountabilities Ensures housekeeping, archiving and files, both electronic & paper, are maintained. Attention to detail & confidentiality Carries out other tasks and duties as and when required. Must work well under pressure and multi task Background (state the preferred education and experiences) Education A good general level of education Experience in office administration.
