Year 2 Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 2 students. · Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students. · Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement. · Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. · Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships. · Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns. · Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
