The E2E Clinical Planning & Execution visibility project is an exciting opportunity to develop & build cross functional processes to plan & more effectively deliver our exciting portfolio of clinical studies. As a Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) Process Expert you will take responsibility for building elements of the process, contributing to building a planning ecosystem across Clinical Supply Chain & R&D that delivers for patients while minimising waste.
Your New Role
A E2E CSC Process Expert – Supply Planning is a key player in supporting the development and delivery of Planning & S&OP Business Processes in our clinical supply chain. They will use their expertise to support the Workstream Lead(s) to deliver business processes that align in the clinical supply chain with the strategic direction set by the Programme Lead(s).
* Support the Workstream Leads and be a key member of a team of clinical supply chain experts.
* Design optimal and repeatable processes working closely with Business Process Owners.
* Collaborate with the Programme and Business/IT Data Teams to define the data requirements for the processes, analytics, and reporting.
* Act as a source of knowledge for clinical supply chain capability, defining and communicating current and future business processes and improvement opportunities.
Essential Skills
* Experience of Supply Planning, ideally in Pharma or related industry.
* Understanding of supply planning methodologies, especially in updating and refreshing safety stock designs, make frequencies & lead times and how to parameterise these.
* Experience of documenting and deploying supply planning processes.
* Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.
* Good communication and relationship building skills with an ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver technology and/or business change across multiple locations and/or business functions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and/or support adoption of globally harmonised business processes or drive standardisation of ways of working.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
