This post offers an exciting opportunity to work at the award-winning Tranquil Spa at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, providing a high standard of first line support to clients, dealing directly with customer enquiries, taking bookings and requests.
The successful candidate will be required to take all forms of payment and ensure a high quality of customer service is always maintained.
The post holder must also be able to recommend relevant Spa Products to the Customers following Treatment and prior to use in the Thermal Experience.
This post is temporary to cover maternity leave until November 2025. The hours of work for this position are 17 per week, working on a rota basis, to include evenings and weekends. This post is based at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
