Overview:
My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Branch/Business Billing Manager to open and launch a new branch in Colchester or the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will possess high street recruitment experience in sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Engineering/Technical, Manufacturing, etc. (Temps or Perms) where they have had billing success. This role requires a positive attitude towards business development, tenacity in overcoming challenges, enthusiasm, energy, and a strong likability factor for building rapport with new contacts.

1. Business Development: Proven skills to pursue new business opportunities for your branch and work with your consultants. Chase down leads, establish connections, and cultivate relationships to expand the client base.
