Within this non-contentious Private Client Solicitor role, you will be acting on behalf of high net-worth and ultrahigh net-worth individuals, families, business owners, corporate trustees and charities on matters including: Lifetime and death estate and tax planning Inheritance tax mitigation strategies Estate administration Trust and family investment company formation Advisory work Administration The successful candidate for this Private Client Solicitor role will ideally have at least 1-5 years PQE within Private Client law, is wanting to develop on their already existing skillset and is driven to excel to their highest potential. STEP qualifications are preferrable, however, not essential. Financial support is available for staff without STEP qualifications to take the relevant qualifications.
