Porsche Retail Group are one of the world’s most iconic brands and are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant for this prestigious Head Office in Reading. With an onsite restaurant, coffee bar, parking, walking distance to multiple shops including Ikea, Sainsburys, Boots and a Prue Gym. This role is for 30 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Friday and there is flexibility on the hours worked which can be anytime between 8am and 6pm. About the role
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will support the Sales and Purchase ledger Controllers and duties include:
Sales Ledger
1. Process Warranties for all centres including warranty clearing at month end
2. Distribute BCA invoices to the centres and allocate the payments from our bank accounts
3. Post all PCGB remittances as and when received
4. Covering banking and cash sheets during absences
5. Ad hoc support for Sales Ledger Controller
Purchase Ledger
6. Posting PDI, Adyen and ECOS VW invoices
7. Posting Roadside and Warranty invoices
8. Reconciling supplier statements
9. Ad hoc support of Purchase Ledger Controllers

About you
To be successful for the role of Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be a motivated individual with a background working in a busy financial department. You must have / be:
17. Experience of both Sales and Purchase ledgers
18. Good IT skills
19. Proficient in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
20. Able to demonstrate a proactive approach to adapt to changing finance and regulatory processes within a fast-moving environment
21. Able to prioritise work in accordance with business needs
22. Able to enhance efficiency and productivity within the department through optimisation and use of systems
