Construction Project Manager - Maidenhead- Data Centre
Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.
They are currently looking for an electrical biased Project Manager in with a history of working and completing commercial construction projects, with a rounded knowledge of the processes in Data Centres.
The ideal Project Manager will have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
In-depth knowledge of data centre processes
Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines
Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
Excellent management and communication skills
Certificates & checks required:
CSCS & SMSTS
Temporary Works
Relevant Mechanical/Electrical qualification
DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
Financial Check

Hours: 7am to 4pm
Salary: £65 - £80,000 PAYE + Package
