In this important role, you'll work closely with our dedicated teams, sharing your expertise and creative strategies to improve educational experiences, promote inclusive environments, and enhance the overall quality of care and learning for our children. Duties/Responsibilities; Monitor Health, Safety and Safeguarding compliance in relation to the EYFS Welfare Requirements and company policies and procedures, addressing areas of non compliance including training and upskilling staff to maintain the expected standards. • Working alongside Regional Managers, ensure nurseries you are supporting are always driving outstanding outcomes for children and families by providing on the job early years training, coaching and mentoring to nursery staff teams. • Monitor supporting arrangements for children with additional needs at nursery level, ensuring effective SEND provision in line with our SEND strategy. • Be an active member of the Grandir UK Early Years Board and contribute towards and implement our Early Years strategy and priority objectives as agreed by the Grandir UK Early Years Board. • Work directly with assigned nurseries to ensure they are ready for inspection. • Attend relevant Ofsted inspections, supporting nurseries to achieve a GOOD or OUTSTANDING judgement. • Where required, support leaders to discuss and resolve parent concerns relating to education and care of their child. • Record keeping and report writing as relevant to your role. • To keep your own knowledge and training up to date, in particular compliance training and relevant Early Years CPD. • Carry out relevant, necessary tasks as requested by the Operations Director. • To act as a key representative of Grandir UK’s support team, helping to drive company initiatives relating to Early Years and act in accordance with our company values and Grand Standards at all times. Essential Qualification and experience ; Minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years and Childcare Previous and proven experience in early years delivery at an Outstanding level.
