We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service professional who can hit the ground running and contribute to our team's success immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls and taking detailed messages.
* Liaising with internal departments to follow up on queries.
* Performing strong administrative tasks, including placing orders in our system.
* Managing multiple tasks with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Great attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
* A confident, self-starting personality with the ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
