Gathering, understanding and documenting system changes or upgrade requirements from key stakeholders for assigned digital projects and work packages. Working with key stakeholders and gain an understanding and document the most appropriate way to visualise and utilise data\technology for their needs. Feed documented requirements back to the development teams ahead of development work commencing. Acting as a liaison between the Digital & Data department and key stakeholders forming strong relationships, translating terminologies and managing processes between clinical and technical stakeholders. Look for correlations between user requirements and identify multiple wins, or reuse of existing systems where appropriate to enable streamlined developments.
