In the role of Benefits Manager, you will oversee and improve our employee benefit programs, shaping the strategy and setting the priorities through effective communication., In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
* Medical Insurances and Benefit Management: You will oversee Primark's medical insurances across all markets, including renewals, benefit alignment, and collaboration with consultants and brokers.
* Service Optimization: You will maximize service offerings for colleagues and promote services within the organization.
* Non-Insured Benefits: You will deliver market reviews and support implementation of non-insured benefits (e.g., meal and travel allowances).
* Benefit Communication Strategy: You will promote and communicate benefit offerings to enhance colleague awareness, working with internal and external stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams to enhance Primark's Total Reward strategy, manage relationships with brokers, and develop expertise in benefits management.
You will have a positive attitude; you are results orientated and have the ability to deliver key projects.
* You bring positive collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills.
* You have the ability to create and implement innovative ideas.
* Experience in a people management role is desirable.
