Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care. In addition to working collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the team, the post holder will be motivated to meet the needs of patients and their families and developing a valuable relationship. Clinically, you'll be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting parental nutrition and receive training to maintain infection control at all times. You will empower patients to feel comfortable in managing their own care (where possible).You will liaise with your team to share ideas on best practices. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
