We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our people team within Computacenter on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Let’s tell you a little bit about the team that you’ll be working with:
We are a strong commercially minded HR Business Partnering team; we pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to the Senior Leadership teams and having an impact in the business through our understanding of their strategic objectives and business priorities. We are proactive, strategic and implement people plans and initiatives that positively impact our people.

What you’ll do
1. Support in the execution of the Business Strategy through developing people strategies and initiatives that positively impact our people.
2. Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Senior Executives.
3. Lead & champion the implementation of significant organisational changes.
4. Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) to address business issues and embed new strategies.
5. Advise senior leadership on all aspects of people management & the employee lifecycle.
6. Interpret people analytics, data, and trends to make organisational decisions and advise the senior leadership team.
7. Support key talent acquisition programmes to enable the hiring of great candidates into the organisation.
8. Implement and lead Leadership and Development programmes that support our people to be the best that they can be.
What you’ll need
1. A demonstrable background in the field of Human Resources Business Partnering.
2. Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium, and long-term plans.
3. Have proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable whilst being able to motivate others and influence work behaviours.
4. Experience of working with a commercial focus, understanding of the business agenda and earning and keeping your seat at the senior leadership table is essential.
5. Experience of running significant programmes of work across several People Strategies, covering several areas such as Change Management through to Diversity and Inclusion.
6. Exceptional communication skills, being able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Strong organisational skills.
8. A motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy.
9. An excellent team player.
10. Ideally you will have experience of working in a Global Organisation.
