Our Islington Academy is looking for an exceptional Economics and Business Teacher to join our highly skilled, successful, and supportive team and community of staff dedicated to transforming education in London.

The successful candidate for this 2ic Business and Economics position will already have impacted the results of students in their own classes and may already have experience supporting other colleagues to raise standards across a team.

PERSON SPECIFICATION – 2ic Business and Economics
* Must have UK QTS
* Minimum 2 years’ teaching and some leadership experience
* Strong understanding of the British Economics / Business Curriculum
* Ability to work effectively within a team of Teachers
* Graded ‘Good or Outstanding’ in lesson observations – Meeting the Teaching Standards
* Good GCSEs, A Levels, and Degree required
