About The Role
In the role of Compliance Administrator, you’ll manage the onboarding of our clinicians, managing all aspects of their personal documentation, company information and mandatory training requirements. You will work as part of our Clinical Logistics Team, whilst engaging with our Recruitment Team to provide a smooth transition and amazing candidate experience. Your strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will drive our success in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus, but your ability to problem solve, build relationships with clinicians and deliver customer service excellence are what truly matter.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Clinical Logistics team to onboard Associate Clinicians.
* To work closely with recruitment agencies and direct candidates, helping and supporting the smooth running of the onboarding process.
* To be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries from recruitment agencies and direct candidates in relation to the onboarding process and compliance requirements.
* Undertaking all compliance in line with the requirements of the clinician type.
* Ensuring safer recruitment is adhered to throughout all aspects of your work.
* Maintenance of compliance for the active Associate Clinician pool. Ensuring the renewal of compliance documentation is updated ahead of expiration. IE, DBS and update service checks, Right to Work checks and Indemnity Insurance.
* Ensuring professional registration checks are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule and per clinician type. PIN checks with the GMC, NMC and HCPC.
* Participation in Clinical Logistics meetings, reporting and presenting data as required.
* Monitor the Associate-Compliance inbox.
* Processing adhoc tasks such as external appraisals, external references and general enquiries.
* Mandatory training administration, arranging training courses, record keeping and monitoring training needed.
* Offboarding active clinicians when required. Working within and supporting designated teams to maintain KPIs in line with contract requirements.
* Assisting administrators within teams with daily/ weekly monitoring of data and completion of tasks.
* Compiling activity and quality reports for discussion with peers and Service Manager on a weekly basis.
* Monitoring care pathways, liaising with Service Manager on day-to-day operational matters.
* Participation in the design and review of standard operating procedures alongside Service Manager and the team.
* Coordinating clinicians in relation to clinic dates in collaboration with clinic coordinator. Ensuring adequate clinics are available to maintain waiting lists.
* Having regular HR monthly 121 meetings with team members. Documenting discussions and escalating any issues or concerns to the Service manager.
