Job Description:
About TikTok: TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok's global headquarters are in Los Angeles and Singapore, and its offices include New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
Why Join Us: Creation is the core of TikTok's purpose. Our products are built to help imaginations thrive. This is doubly true of the teams that make our innovations possible. Together, we inspire creativity and enrich life - a mission we aim towards achieving every day. To us, every challenge, no matter how ambiguous, is an opportunity; to learn, to innovate, and to grow as one team. Status quo? Never. Courage? Always. At TikTok, we create together and grow together. That's how we drive impact for ourselves, our company, and the users we serve. Join us.
TikTok's Europe Marketing team helps ensure we're delivering on this mission through our marketing and communication efforts, helping set the brand tone and bring the brand story to life through constant marketing innovation across advertising, digital engagement, and social storytelling.
About the Role: The European Integrated Marketing Team is a dynamic group of innovative and passionate professionals driven by creativity and collaboration. We connect cultures and markets across Europe, crafting compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across the region. As part of our team, you'll work alongside skilled strategists, visionary creatives, and data-driven analysts to develop impactful campaigns that align with business goals. This is your opportunity to grow in a supportive environment that values diversity, encourages continuous learning, and celebrates success while making a meaningful impact across the European market. We are seeking an accomplished marketer based in London.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand metrics among non-users and current users in Europe.
2. Lead marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end execution, including project plan, cross-function alignment and success measurement (monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs to assess effectiveness and ROAS).
3. Define the project plan, campaign objectives based on data, target audience and size, main KPIs, core narrative, estimated budget, and previous insights, among other definitions. Provide direction to different teams: media, creative, strategy and analytics, social, and communications. Act as a maestro, orchestrating all components of the overall campaign.
4. Manage overall campaigns: timelines, and resources, define roles and responsibilities among teams, communicate campaign progress, define measurement plan, share learnings, among others.
5. Be able to influence cross-functional teams when managing large-scale campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, brand reputation, diversity projects, partnership or co-branding; relevant experience in tech companies preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills and able to analyze data to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
3. Highly motivated and result-oriented self-starter. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
4. Strong background in project management and operational tasks within projects (contracts, payments, reports, etc).
5. Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects, budgets, and timelines, and being able to motivate and inspire with their projects (including agencies).
6. Proficiency in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across TV, out-of-home (OOH), print, social media, and influencer marketing, with a strong focus on performance measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
2. Business fluency in additional European languages for cross-country collaboration (German or French advantageous).
3. International company experience preferred.
