In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers seeking aftersales services, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout their service journey. As an Aftersales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer appointments, addressing service enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with our service and parts departments. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing the overall aftersales experience. Hours - 45 Salary - £29,000 Plus OTE bonus Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries regarding aftersales services, providing accurate information and assistance. Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention. Communicate effectively with the service department to provide timely updates to customers on service progress. Assist in developing aftersales initiatives to improve service delivery and customer engagement. Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues with professionalism and care. Support the team in achieving aftersales targets and operational efficiency. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: Experience in an aftersales or customer service role within the automotive industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Good organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues. Familiarity with automotive service management systems would be an advantage. A valid driver's licence.
