Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction, implementing customer service strategies that align with the company’s goals.
3. Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing support and training where needed.
4. Communicate with customers when they do reach out, ensuring carefully considered and personalised responses.
Minimum Requirements
1. 3+ years’ experience within Customer Service.
2. Computer literacy – general understanding of Microsoft Office.
3. Experience managing/leading a team.
4. Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
