Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing IT and digital professionals and a passion for matching top talent with exciting opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled candidates in contract and permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Utilise various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals) to identify IT and digital professionals aligned with client requirements.
* Candidate Engagement: Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
* Client Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and clients to understand role specifications and ensure seamless candidate placements.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline to respond promptly to client demands.
* Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends in IT and digital recruitment to effectively advise candidates and clients.
* Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance and right-to-work checks.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant or Resourcer in IT and digital recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.
* Knowledge of IT and digital market trends and technologies is a plus.
