As the Estates and Facilities Manager, assisting the Head of Establishment, you will provide support with all aspects of Infrastructure Management on the Bicester site. This includes managing new additional infrastructure changes, liaising and collaborating with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver the Future Defence Infrastructure Service contract and oversee the planning and budgeting for minor infrastructure works across the site. You will participate in cross-team support activities and apply asset management and risk principles, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. What youll be doing In this role, you will manage new additional infrastructure changes and be the focal point for building/infrastructure problems and queries. You will also negotiate and agree on services outages, engaging with all stakeholders to enable infrastructure works to take place.
