Are you passionate about shaping the future of early careers? Join us in this dynamic and fast-paced role as the leader of our Early Careers agenda. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Inclusion, you will spearhead the development and delivery of our long-term strategy and programmes for early careers.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and HR teams to ensure our global initiatives attract, build, and develop early talent. You will manage the full life cycle of our Early Career programmes, continuously developing learning pathways and aligning them with our long-term talent strategies. Your responsibilities will include providing management support to our Graduate and Intern cohorts, managing our global Service Academy, and partnering with recruitment and learning teams to support our EVP and assessment processes.
You will also oversee the logistics of rotational programmes, coach and partner with Placement Managers & Mentors, and develop KPIs and metrics to track success. As the point of contact for all early careers activities within Rotork, you will act as an ambassador externally, promoting our programmes and successes through STEM-based activities.

Qualifications
About You:
* Experience in Early Careers and managing Graduate programmes, including developing global programmes in partnership with the business.
* Ability to develop strategic approaches and deliver operationally in a fast-changing environment.
* Previous line management experience with early career cohorts, with the ability to coach and support early talent.
* Excellent programme and project management skills.
* A positive and engaging self-starter with the drive to collaborate at all levels of the business.
* Experience operating in a global matrix business.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
