Our Client based in Daventry is seeking an Inbound Sales, Hire and Service Coordinator to work in a multi faceted role. The role is very varied and key responsibilities include taking inbound sales enquiries, liaising with customers on hiring of machinery as well as building relationships with existing customers to grow the business. You will also coordinate the CRM system to schedule and coordinate machine hires efficiently, liaise directly with the customers providing excellent customer service as well as provide warranties for any damage or misuse of the equipment. You will also deal with service and parts escalating calls to engineers when required. Ideal candidate will have proven experience of an Internal Sales department handling calls from customers who want to purchase machinery providing excellent customer service. Also a large element of this role is dealing with customers who want to hire machinery so dealing with deliveries, invoicing and Service department. Also ideally a knowledge of construction machinery or similar would be advantageous.You will have very strong communication skills both internally and externally, have knowledge of CRM system and possess a general"can do attitude". This role with provide the potential for the ideal candidate to career progress into a management position. Salary £30k to £35k plus annual bonus up to £10k Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm Friday 8am to 2pm
