We are looking for Yard Operatives to work for our client based on the outskirts of Newark. Must have own transport due to location.
Working hours are rotating day and night shifts, 4on/4off day 6am until 6pm, then 4on/4off nights 6pm until 6am.
Salary: £14.35 per hour
Forklift licence is essential or previous experience using/operating one. Refresher can be given if you don’t hold a current licence.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the operation of the processing line in line with rules and procedures.
2. Completing all relevant paperwork as required by the shift supervisor and storing it correctly.
3. Operating machinery and performing quality checks, including checking temperature and colour of the meal.
4. Ensuring products are produced to the highest possible standard using the equipment available.
5. Maintaining general housekeeping.
