Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to resonate with target audiences, drive engagement, generate leads, and increase sales.
* Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content.
* Work closely with other members of the SCS marketing team and Group marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
* Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed to support marketing initiatives and leverage their expertise.
* Continuously monitor the performance of the marketing plan, analyse data, and make necessary adjustments to optimise results based on feedback and insights.
Skills & Experience
* Relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the localization or language services industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
* Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
