The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in same or similar background.
Additional duties include answering a large amount of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work, and return goods functions. This may also include purchasing and buying install and repair equipment and parts. The role will involve working with large amounts of paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems in a very fast-paced and busy environment.
Requirements include accuracy, good clerical skills, strong organizational skills, and good multi-tasking skills. Familiarity with and proficiency in typical office computer programs; a current, valid PA driver's license; and a diploma or GED are also necessary. Due to the large amount of telephone work, you must be well-versed in telephone etiquette. Additionally, the ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types is essential.
