We are pleased to share two great opportunities to join Flagship Group’s Neighbourhood Services Team as Neighbourhood Services Coordinators. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.
This job is working from our office in King Street, Norwich.
In this role as a Neighbourhood Services Coordinator, you will work as part of the Neighbourhoods team to support the creation of sustainable communities for our tenants to live in.
You will be the initial point of contact for queries via telephone and email, answering all general enquiries and providing full administration support across the team. You will prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service in your interactions.
You’ll support the Neighbourhood Managers and Officers in the development of the service to ensure our tenants have a safe place to live in a thriving community, whilst also being mindful of value for money.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Neighbourhood Services Coordinator from those with previous experience of working in a customer-facing environment. You’ll have excellent customer service and communication skills. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative and have strong organisational skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and competent with IT packages.
Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent qualification/experience. You must also have a full valid Driving Licence.
